Bandai is willing to give any hobby retailer that is not a part of their Bandai Organized Play Program FREE product. The Sampler will include starter decks and hobby booster boxes from Naruto, Battle Spirits and Dragon Ball. Hobby retailers can use it to sell or give away to their customers.
