HOBBY ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: BRAMPTON, ONTARIO (IN-OFFICE POSITION)


Our licensed Sport / Toy distribution company requires an individual to fill a position in our sales department. You would be responsible for looking after an already established list of retail customers.
Our company focuses on the retail market geared towards Licensed Sport products, RPG Games, Board games, & Pop Culture toys.

Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English as you will be required to communicate with your customers across Canada via phone. Being bilingual is always an asset.
Must be computer literate, and comfortable with programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, & Outlook)


Primary Responsibilities:
� Customer Sales & Service
� Accurately and efficiently enter daily orders.
� Continually provide sales information to your customers
� Continue to develop your sales base by actively pursuing new customers


Required Skills and Experience
� Efficient computer skills
� Excellent written and oral communication skills
� Strong attention to detail.
� Moderate level proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point)
� Be able to work individually and as part of a team
� Communicate clearly, professionally and in a friendly manner with customers and staff
� Assume responsibility for details and projects


Position is a base salary guarantee of $40,000 per year with the potential for a lot of growth. Full benefits also kick in after the 3 month probation period.
