'Vanguard and Deletor' Arrives in November

Bushiroad has announced the first Comic Booster expansion for its popular Cardfight!! Vanguard G collectible card game. The new expansion will release on November 20, with a pre-release sneak preview one week earlier.

The Vanguard & Deletor booster set will be the first expansion for the game that includes cards featured in the original manga. The focus of the set is the Royal Paladin �Alfred� card used by the character Aichi Sendou and the Deletor �Greion� card used by Kouji Ibuku. Similar to the clan-specific booster sets, the cards in this set are designed so that decks can be built around the Royal Paladin and Deletor clans.

The Vanguard & Deletor booster set includes 45 cards with these rarities: GR: 1 / RRR: 4 / RR: 7 / R: 14 / C: 19, plus 6 SP parallel cards, some with alternate illustrations. It will be packaged in 7-card booster packs, with each pack having one R card plus a second R or above. Packs will come 12 to a display.

Participating stores can host a pre-release during the weekend of November 13, with a Sneak Preview Kit. Each kit has 32 booster packs (enough for 8 participants), 9 promo cards, and two playmats.
