Release Date
We make every effort to keep the release dates listed on our website as accurate as possible to keep you informed of every new product's release date. You cannot receive or pick up new items before it's release date.

Special Orders
While we keep a huge inventory of products in stock, there are some products which we do not stock but which we can special order for you. Special orders require 3-4 weeks, and will be shipped separately from in-stock items, unless you specify that you would like to wait for special order items before your order is shipped.
Most special order items use US SRP pricing, we will try to list this under the product description whenever this is the case.

Out of Stock
While we keep a huge inventory of products in stock, there are some products which occassionaly run out of stock. While these items should be back in stock shortly, they could require up to 3-4 weeks. They may be shipped separately from in-stock items, unless you specify that you would like to wait for all items to be in stock before your order is shipped.

Quantities Limited
While we keep a huge inventory of products in stock, there are some products which occassionaly run low on stock. Some items may not be in stock again, these are first come, first served, others may be back in stock shortly, but could require up to 3-4 weeks. Your representative will notify you of any item which is no longer available to order. Any back order items may be shipped separately from in-stock items, unless you specify that you would like to wait for all items to be in stock before your order is shipped.
